Motivation Monday!

Well, with my daughter being sick last week and life taking on a mind of its own, I missed 3 days of working out.  But instead of the typical “Oh well, I’m done.” attitude that I normally would have, I just said, “oh well, I’m back with it now and at least I’ve been eating on plan.”  Yay me!!  I didn’t get the results I wanted today, but!!  I still did pretty awesome considering I missed those 3 days!

Calf -2”

Hips -1”

Waist -.5”

Abs -1”

Torso -.5”

Neck -.25”

Weight – 2.8lbs!  That’s 9.4 lbs in 3 weeks!!  That’s right!  I’m bad ass and I’m not stopping now!!  🙂
